Sary - that mega post re sw was fab and fantastic support for other members:T:T. Thanks for being such a great member of this forum.

Lauren and neiler & lolly- fabulous losses:j:j. Think I have missed a few other losses - but keep em coming.

Sary - wonderful about your son.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Right the scores on the doors.

Weighed myself at the gym and my current weight is 14st 2lbs/ 90kg
which is down from last weeks start point of 14st 8lbs / 92.5kg.

    So this week I have lost 6lbs / 2.5kg.

    That's great, congratulations! :T

    Hi Victory,

I don't know too much about the situation but I think that Sary's suggestion is a great idea as it would save you having another confrontation - as you could always post/fax/ask someone to drop off the sick note. Good luck with whatever you decide. I hope it resolves itself soon. :)

Well I had a good diet day today, until around 4pm when I came back starving and had a bit of a binge on a rotisserie chicken from Tesco. I just can't resist them and ate about half of one!
Aww, it's awful. I remember thinking, 'Your full, you should stop eating now', but I didn't!
Oh well, there are worse things to binge on than chicken I suppose. I think I would avoid situations like this if I planned more, like leaving snacks in my glove box for when I'm driving all day. Must make more of an effort!

I have no idea what my calorie count for the day is, it was 965 before the chicken so I don't think I've done too badly, although I will probably have a snack before bed as I think it'll be another late night.

Here's to a better day tomorrow!

Hello. Not sure if this is the correct place to put this post or not. We are moving house next month and I want to start exercising. I was thinking of getting a fitness dvd, but not sure which to get. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

Tonight was lush, in one of my favourite pubs getting served free drinks followed by a free meal making it a free night out!! All we had to do is sit there for 45 mins answering questions on our social lives. Resultimondo!

    Laurent: Fab! Well done sista.

I like Davina's DVDs, also Rosemary Conolly. I have a Nell McAndrew one which is good but the instructor annoys me greatly.

Good luck with the house move.
