page 23 heck!!! Any diet plan that has 23 pages of instruction is going to be too complicated for me. I'd rather keep things simple with instructiuons no longer than will fit on say 2 very small pages! Something like this would be ok: Page 1...Eat food add calories. Page 2...Turn off tv, move backside ;-)

hehe i know what you mean, but to be fair it's just pages and pages of lists of food!!

I would leave it until just before school pick up time and call them. After all, you don't need to be at home all day on your day off!! They are rather presumptuous to decide you will go in on your day off. Cheeky bar stewards imho!!!

Having a bad day, one of the best black pudding's in scotland was reduced in tesco today, couldn't resist, so have just had a sarnie on it, with a fried egg on top, it was soooooooo yummy!!!!

Got the late shift tomorrow (again) so have a nice salad for lunch and a healthy range ready meal for dinner. I know they aint really healthy but gotta be better than a black puddin n fried egg sarnie :rotfl:

ah victory calm down.... take a minute, catch your breath and calm down.
Then call them back and find out what's up.
I find it's always worse not knowing...

Agree with Mazza about them being cheeky tho - it's your day off for goodness sake!

They always do the ringing on the day off, if I don't answer they go mental the boss told me off for 45 minutes the other time for not picking up the phone on the wednesday it was and I was in on the thursday but they wanted to talk to me about over time the week after that so for less than 24 hours they went beside themselves:eek:

I had the boss and the supervisor specially called in at either ends of the hallway talking at me for 45 mins that I make myself unpopular, that I keep myself out of the loop, that I asked for over time and if I cannot pick up a phone it does not bode well, that they do not expect me to pay for the phone call if that is the problem I have:rotfl::rotfl:they should be able to speak to me and ask me about over time etc it went on for so long I lost the will to live:rotfl::rotfl: not picking up the phone andn ot being in all day is a criminal offence in their eyes:rotfl:

Victory~Hate to be so blunt but this cannot go on.
For many reasons but mostly for the state of your mental health.
Resign now before this has an even bigger impact on YOUR mental health.
