Sorry you had such a bad time at SW. I must have been lucky with my group. The lady that takes our group lost 9 stone herself on the plan and is now a personal trainer.

Still at least you have the books.

    Well done nielersmc!!!! Amazing!!

I've just watched the biggest loser. I can't say im a fan of that woman come man on it. The black guys arms are nice i suppose. Its always funny what weight loss does to the mind. One man you wouldn't look twice at as he is now, can transform into a green light. Nature is amazing at every turn.

I'm not going to say that i've done badly today, because i haven't really and i don't want to be negative, but i've had two main meals today. Proper ones too, where i eat almost everything off of the plate and the last meal had a panacotta after it! Still, gym is on for tomorrow so i shall have to bigger loser it up!!
  • Thats all the christmas weight off and a pound or two in the bank ;)

Biggest Loser uk isnt a patch on the American one - very disappointing

betty I am so glad you feel the same, they will never see me again there either:rotfl::rotfl:

Right so, SW lovers out there help me please, if fruit is all free why at the back of the book in the syns bit is it syned? As is rice and pots and pasta when it is all free foods but syned?

I always have cereal for breakfast but according to the syns if I have shreddies or weetabix that is 6.5 syns already and it is only breakfast? My fav rice cakes have 3 syns per cake so if I have 4 that is me syned for the day? Ryvita has 2 syns and crackers have 3 to 4 syns each so 3 of them I am syned up?

Can't understand that because now if I go to SW from WW I can barely have what I am used to what I like and it is not even chocs or crisps or junk:eek: but I can have unlimited pasta or pots or rice which every diet tells you you can have whatever you want of that so long as you burn it off with exercise which I do not do not like the athletes that live off the high startch carbs content to keep active whilst burning it off.

If shreddies and skimmed milk is usual that is 28g for 6.5 syns, lunch say soup is 3 syns, I am synning all over the place here when with WW I was pointing and well withing it!!

I asked the leader about subway as it is not in the book she said she did not know and made no effort to find out either

    yep

It was better done than i expect but still very poor compared to the US one, the female trainer is certainly no Jillian (who is leaving :(). The male trainer looks v good but his mass is a unbalanced for the size of his arms.

Not sure why they automatically went under the line for loosing a challenge, a weight penalty would be better.

The prop scales where hysterical, they couldn't even be bothered to try and make them look real, a wooden box with some badly stuck down rubber mat :rotfl:

Very low weight loss as well for the first week, most obese people will poop 15lbs+ just from a change in diet in the first week. Moses lost 41lbs biggest loser season 11 week 1.

Still only 8 hours till we get S11E02 :T:T:T:T

noticed living is showing season 9 as well

What did you eat? How many syns per day? What is your fav dinner recipe? Did you do it alone or as a family? Were you hungry?

Eric don't you agree that if a person is eating high carbs day in and day out they have to exercise to burn it off?

I am more of a walker as exercise that is about my lot not enough hard exercise to burn off carbs....
