I opened one in Hubbys's name so that we could get both parts of a duvet set using a discount code for both... Worked... :)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • Afternoon all. Not been in for ages, lots of being busy! We've been swimming AND the zoo later, and there is a possibility of fireworks later. The big fireworks display is in town, and I'm not crazy enough to try and take Izzy to that at bedtime but if she is agreeable I'm going to take the buggy to the top of the hill and see if we can watch them from there - if she doesn't like it we can go home again without having to fight through the crowds (and it will be downhill, not uphill!) They don't start till bedtime, but she had quite a late nap, so will play it by ear after tea.

I'm scared of chest freezers :o My parents had one and my Mam had stood a folded up clothes horse down the back so the lid didn't go back properly. I didn't realise and I put the lid up and was bent over trying to reach something in the bottom of the freezer, when the lid fell down on my back and I had really severe bruising across my lower back :(

We've got a Britax Eclipse Si car seat for Charlotte and we've been happy with it. We bought that one as it has a narrower base which was handy when we've got three children in the back.

My right knee really hurts. I'm not sure what I've done to it. My thighs and knees were generally sore yesterday, but the stiffness had worn off by lunchtime but I had a little niggley pain in my knee. Then when I was going upstairs last night I noticed it was making a loud clicking sound when I put weight on it. The pain is getting worse today and it's still clicking and looks a bit swollen :( I've been taking brufen regular so hopefully it'll feel better soon.

Sunderland won today so that's put a smile on my face :D
Here I go again on my own....
