Scottish ladies, I have found two alternative soft play places, here and here. I'm also looking at this for inspiration. Can someone familiar direct meeting places to somewhere awesome?

True, but also not many single parents can actually work 40 hours a week without running up debt on a credit card. Have you seen the cost of childcare *strokes*

If I was to work fulltime it would cost me about £35/40 a day for Keira to go into a nursery, like what would be the point? Not like anyone will pay me £30k a year :rotfl:After bus fares/childcare, I'd be lucky to have a spare tenner :rotfl:

I know exactly what you mean, been in that boat right along with you :rotfl:

Plus the twins aren't the most easy to handle with their issues.

I suppose when Keira starts school it will be easier and the local school does free breakfast club (not that she even eats breakfast) so If I had to dump her at 7am I could :p

She won't even get out of bed before 10am though, home schooling it will be :p

Glad, does that mean for eg... If I am talking to Mfd on here and she lives down the road from me... We're planning to meet up for a walk round Ikea and last time we met I left something in her car, she's not allowed to say to me "Oh I'll bring <that thing you left in my car> when we meet up"

    Bit petty that really...
that's slightly different as she's returning something of yours!

Are non-Scottish builders allowed to come to the Edinburgh Builders Conference? Train fares look quite reasonable.

Buy them quickly, their prices are about to go up again :money:

Why does the world hate me so!! Im already paying through the nose to gallivant all over the country.

Hey you know what though, Ryanair only fly to Dublin from Aberdeen, but I worked out that Aberdeen to Dublin - Dublin - Destination. Will cost me £16. Train will cost me £55.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD!! They are just encouraging me to increase my carbon footprint, so they are.

Also, I'm looking at booking a short break away abroad for New Year, Ryanair has dusseldorf for cheap, I might go there!
