Keep trying. Many people had to try 3 or 4 times before they found a 'nice' person at orange. Make sure the SIM is registered on the orange website first also.

May be a silly question.

But my SF arrived yesterday and, after initially not realising I had to activate the sim I did so today. But the top up I bought at the same time as the phone hasn't been applied. How do I appy it

Phone them. They will apply it (eventually!)

I can't remember where I read it but apparently at some point in December Orange are doing 15% off all handsets.

Play.com are actually selling the SF for £99.99 including £10 airtime credit on Orange.

I thought I'd post this in case nayone anyone else has problems with credit not being applied.

If you tweet orangehelpers with your problem they will sort it out for you. Got my credit applied in a couple of hours doing that and saved myself the cost of a call.
