Back to snow blizzards here & still feel all up & down - like stabbing BT & others that get on my nerves. Just spent a while complaining - getting really good at that.

I have worn a bra in bed for years - does help.
Since putting on weight mine have become huge.
I am not eating much but am not losing any weight - weird.

Yes - I take fish oil & gluscosimine too but I can hardly get down & up again.

    Hi Menos,
My goodness, we do go through it, with a touch of humour which helps. I love that we get stroppy, don't know why, but it's liberating to stop trying to please others and fit in. 'Tis for me anyhow.

Choille, I will join you in the stabathon at BT, and Tescos, and, and...... My B00bies could resemble used tea bags in shape in years to come. I'm v skinny. Your joints probably suffer partly because of the relentless cold where you live. Saw some lambs y'day, there's hope!

I'm starting on a rather pathetic leg strengthening exercise thing as the muscles are v weak and I fear falling again. Still, it'll all help.

Have a good day ladies and and lads who have the good furtune to share our lives ;)

Yes, these lads are extremely lucky, aren't they;)? In fact, I feel a reminder to my lad just HOW lucky he is to have me coming on (not good grammar but hey ho).
Freezing cold wind here that just cuts through you, bit of snow yesterday followed by lashings of...not hot buttered toast or lemonade or whatever it is...but sideways sleet. Not good weather when you have 2 dogs to walk.
Thinking of you all - not easy to be blasted with these hormones.

    how is everone,
    hope you are all ok,
been having sleep problems since it started getting lighter in mornings so even though looking forward to summer I'm not looking forward to waking at the crack o dawn when clocks are changed - perhaps i'l invest in some darker curtains and hope this helps.

    Hiya all,

Pretty yuck weather here, back to Winter but I'm trying to get a bit of wood sawn up & then it's off out to friends later on.

I just wish Spring would come proper & I can get out in the garden as I'm very behind.

Choille I was wondering if you had the snow. We had sleet for a couple of days and there was snow on the higher ground here.
Nomuny - not nice with the early wakening. Maybe a dark blind behind your curtains? We have fairly cheapie black out curtains which are beige coloured. Got them in one of the curtain shops like ...hhmm is it something Simon? I want to say Paul Simon but I think it can't be that!
Thanks again for sports bra advice for bed. Hurrah - went to Asda today and got a fab comfy one for......£4!! I've heard before that Asda bras are good but can't believe this. Also got new slippers so am all sorted;)

I think it's worse over on the East coast - we were over yesterday at a rare breed sale & we rushed home as it started heavy snow over there - we always worry that they shut the snow gates & we can't get back for the animals.

Good for you with the bra - we don't have an Asda but that's a good buy.

Choille - I heard from a friend north of Inverness and she says today they have 6" although beginning to thaw. Glad you got home ok. Always a worry with animals, as you say. Have you neighbours who'd be able to help out in emergency?
Am cheating with a chicken in BBQ sauce courtesy of Asda. New pots, cabbage and carrots. Wine:T. Have been having hot oat milk at bedtime. Don';t know if coincidence but am sleeping better. You get it in Tesco for £1.19 for the one with added vits and calcium.
Hope you are all having a good weekend.

wmf - thanks for that. I think I'll defo try the hot oat drink as I struggle with a last thing drink. Oats are good for sleeping & rest.

I'm really getting into ebay - good for the declutter & also the money but also an interest & absorbs me of an evening.
