Does anyone know how to find phone numbers for this lot? I have emailed many times about an order placed over 2 weeks ago that is showing as dispatched but hasn't been, but they don;t seem to like to respond! If only I'd seen this thread before ordering!!! Note to self NEVER AGAIN0

Just wondering: is there a trading standard that covers them (they are based in Channel Island apparently)?
This is tricky as, currently, the DSR's don't cover the Channel Islands (I don't know why; international waters maybe?). I've found Trading Standards to be useless of late; you e-mail them telling them a company has ripped you off and all they do is tell you things you already know!
My suggestion to both of you is to write a physical letter to Dealtasic stating that you either want your goods or a refund (your choice) within 14 days of the date of the letter. If they don't pay up send another letter stating you'll be taking them to the Small Claims Court for your money. (You could try this via e-mail as it sometimes works, but I suspect they don't monitor their e-mails very closely so a letter might be best).
I usually find companies pay out when they realise they're dealing with someone who's informed. It's cheaper for them to refund you than it is to defend a Small Claim.
I think you can make a Small Claim from a company operating in the Channel Islands, but look into it first to be sure. But, hopefully it won't come to that anyway. And by the looks of them, Delatastic don't know their !!!! from their elbow so knowing the law is probably beyond them anyway!

I have been awaiting goods since 6th December. I have constantly emailed your company only to be told the goods have been sent and will be with me in 4-5 days. I had yet another email from yourselves today.
This one states the the goods have been returned to you and that it is circumstances beyond your control!!!
You have offered me a credit note plus 20% off my next order. As I have no faith whatsoever in your company I will not be using you again therefore, what use is a credit note, and I advise others to steer well clear also.0 -
I was surprised to find today's offer (Scroll Essential Tablet PC 7" Tablet - 256MB RAM) which Dealtastic are charging £93 is actually available on Amazon for £75...0
