Who's still waiting for their OSPS cashback?"

I suspect that they will not accept a piece of paper with the details. This is how they make money. The best option is to call and beg for another copy of the claim forms. Good Luck0

Rabialioness...
I think we may be on the same plan with onestopphoneshop and 3g. I started the 750 mins per month on feb 18th with them and have to claim 6 months, 9 months and 12 months and I'm dreading it too. I'm not exactly sure which bill it has to be but my guess is as long as its covering the date where youve been connected for 6 months like mine prob has to have the date Aug 18th covered but 3g tend to send the bills out very late so even tough its 45 days its pushing it. My bills are read on the 25th of every month but I dont get them till no earlier than 10th of the next month or its even been as late as 17th. Getting them that late when its a month you have to claim really messes it up. The one with Aug 17th inc in it will arrive between 10th and 17th Sept so its a large part of the 45 day period gone already.
2 bad companies together, what a combination to inflict on ourselves 3g and onestopphoneshop!
Does special delivery count as reg delivery anyone?Thanx

Well I have just had a blazing argument with OSPS. Told them I could not find my vouchers, in fact I said I cant even remember seeing them so I doubted that I have every received them in the first place since I cannot remember physically seeing them (this is genuine). Told them all I have is orange letter and insurance letter and I keep all my paperwork. I was told they dispatch three letters and I definately received them- how do they know? I explained at my work using collating machines sometimes people dont get all letters but the person advised that that doesnt happen at osph!!!! They must be extra special! I emailed them last week for which I had no reply and she said they had my email but a server was down!!! So why hadnt they replied???? I spoke to 2 people and when I asked to speak to her Manager she said the Managers decision was final and refused to let me speak to him. I told her this wasnt good customer service but she said his decision was final and consistently refused to put my call through. I even told her I would post negative feedback on the web where they were recommended and she wasnt at all interested.
I was very pleasant on the call until she started treating my like a 2 year old, as you can imagine that got my back up . I thought it was my fault because I had mislaid the forms but having turned the house upside down I started to question what these vouchers looked like - I honestly couldnt tell you and hence why I wondered if I had received them in the first place.
She said the invoice which she said I received said I had 14 days to advise them of the missing vouchers but I dont even have the invoice they are talking about. I got so annoyed speaking to the person I hung up - I was hitting my again against a brick wall - literally. Years ago at weekends I worked in a call centre before and the way she handled my call was appalling - she managed to wind the customer up!
I have learned a lesson here - read all paperwork for everythingThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
just got my second and final cashback.
must say i am very releived to have my money back. noth cheques were received within less than 2 weeks after sending the bills.
(normal post)
must admit though i was a bit nervous till today.
the only gripe i have left against osps is the free insurance and other thing (talk me through it) thy were supposed to be free for 3 months but the second one actually collected the first payment before the 3 months were up. i guess it was my fault for not dealing with it quicker but osps were uninterested and so were the company that provides the service. still over the course of the year i will still have made money having downgraded to a 13.99/ month tariff.
(now just have to wait for my cashback from chatterbox on 3)0 -
Good. Well done. I have just sent my claim for the second cash back a few days ago. BTW, Did you inform OSPS that you switched tariffs before actually doing it? I didn't bother & I hope that doesn't cause a problem.0

Phew!
Got my second cash back without any hiccups. Boy, am i relieved! Now need to wait until 12 months is over and make sure i cancel. Will change to 'Pay as you go'. Does anyone know if i can keep the same number if i do this?
Not sure if i would do this again. You really need to keep on the ball.0 -
Nice on Zain. Must admit I have been a bit twitchy too over these. My second cash back bill due to arrive any day, will send it to OSPS guaranteed next day delivery b4 midday, let you know how I get on. The forward cellular offer of £25.99 for one year on vodaphone looks a good offer especially as the cashback is claimed very early on in the process.
