Sent my first 6 month bill off for cashback by special delivery next day so I'm hoping it will go through alright but I personally wouldn't want to do this again. If it has to be cashback next time I get a new phone I would only go for one that gives the cashback early in the agreement max of 3 months. Now I have to do this 3 times the last one being 12 months. It's too long and too risky that they may not cough up
    Thanx

My second cheque for £150 arrived in today's post! Well done Onestopphoneshop ;D
  • I received my second cashback, I am quite pleased about it. I was a bit worried changing down to the data tariff after 4 month (the phone was incompatible with it), but everything is OK.
  • I got my final cashback today, and I've already downgraded the tariff to the £10/month data tariff.

First time round the customer service said my phone was not compatable so refused to change the tariff, said I needed a handset such as the T68i. Guess which phone I had when I rang back two mins later ;D

The tariff change only starts from the NEXT billing period though.

got my 2nd £150 cashback last week and am relieved its all over!!! ;D

have to say one thing that really annoys me about osps is that they have 2 seperate numbers for sales and customer services but they go through to the same place. the CS number is 0845 and sales is a freephone number. i tried many times getting through on customer services # but it kept cutting me off or keeping me on hold for ages and then cutting off. phoned the 0800 number to see if there was an alternative way i could get through but the guy didnt want to hear what i was saying and insisted i call the 0845 number. i tried one last time on tht number and was put through to the same person i had just spoken to a few seconds earlier on the freephone number.

anyway, glad its done and i have my money. i dont think i'll be using osps again though.
  • Sent my 2nd claim to them 18 Aug, guaranteed next day delivery. Pestered them twice, they said it was on its way. I took name of person each time and date etc. Back from Ibiza yesterday and relieved to find cash back chq for £125 in my post - yippeeeeeeeeee. Worked out well but was worried a bit I must admit. Both me and other half had these phones and will only cost us a few pounds for the whole year with 1200 texts and loads of call minutes! Going to wait till near end of 12 month period and ring orange to see what they have to offer. If nothing then its TA TA and off to the next offer!

I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!
  • Sent my 2nd cashback form on 27th August, got a cheque on Friday without calling them at all! I am very relieved that the second bigger amount has come through. I've already moved onto my next offer the T610 at esave.com (BT Mobile 150Xnet + 50 texts) and already sold the T610 and now that sim works out to have been free!!!

Yes i sent both mine without recorded delivery and received the cheques without any problems. I did this because i wasn't sure what would happen if someone wasn't around to sign for the letter.
Make sure u ring OSPS in the next couple of days to check progress. Don't just wait-chase up
