  • Got both cheques no problem. Sent off coupons by registered post (cheers for the tip) and have no complaints - it's a really good deal. I waited for 5 months before downgrading to £15 a month. Would definitely do it again - it's even better now OSPS offering £350 cashback on the Nokia 3510i.
    Thanks again for the tip.
  • i sent of for mine back in sept and i got my check in just over a week. next one is due middle of december so will be sending it off recorded again or possibly special delivery so that i know it wont get lost in all the christmas card rush :)

  • Others please be aware, if you take out a contract with OSPS when you get the phone call the company i.e. orange straight away and check if you have been put onto any "free" offers. They did this to me without asking and it wasnt till I received my bill today that I noticed Orange free world on my bill which I neither wanted or asked for. Orange have now taken it off, however I will have to pay for part of the month I am currently in.

Does any know how I claim back the 3 months 1/2 price rental as OSPS customer services is now closed and when I called their other number was told to ring cust serv.

Orange say its nothing to do with them!

    Thanks

    ???
I am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!
  • Hi Trev

    Orange are trying it on!

It definitely is to do with them, cos it's an Orange promotion.

They deduct the 50% from the bill each month! It's shown on the Orange bill as "Discount - this period -12.77"

    Time to act!

    Good luck.
  • Thanks, I thought so!

You better phone them up and tell them they have not included the coupon when they sent you the phone. Only using their coupon is their rule to claim cashback, they will not entertain lost coupon I dont think.

you may have a problem here. their paperwork states very clearly that you must send in the original coupon and that they will not issue replacemrents! good luck, anyway

They used to offer cash before, but now they offer vouchers. After 3-4 phone calls I finally received 'Love2shop' vouchcers accepted quite widely:

Boots, HMV, Comet, Bhs, Iceland, H.Samuel, Index (?), Halfords, The Body Shop, JJB, New Look, CPW, Mothercare, Ernst Jones, WHSmith, Woolworths, Bewise, Optical Express, Wilkinson, Littlewoods, Adams, Peacocks, TJ Hughes, £-stretcher, Shoe Zone, ...
