Is anone at the stage of claiming their second and decisive cashback. I have to admit I am nervous about this one- i am worried they might say i haven't fulfilled something in the t&c. However, a big celebration if all goes to plan!0

I am also due to claim but I cant find my correspondence from OSPS. I have my four month bill and thats it. Is this all I need or do I need to send something else. I have emailed them but I have had no reply. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

You need the slip of paper that came with the original contract. You should have a bit left as the 1st one should have been sent with the first claim. As I said a while ago they rely on people missing the date or mislaying the paper work or even not claiming.
Hope this helps.

Yes infact they won't accept your claim without the slip- so you have got to find it! I don't think they will send you a replacement- but call asap and find out. Remember you only have 45 days to claim and they are very strict about exceeding the time limit.
Good luck0 -
I saw somewhere a while ago about a similar subject. Think it was one of those where you buy say a fridge freezer take out a warranty for say around £80. If you have not claimed after 5 years you get your money back. However as always you have to abide by the T&C which is often that you have to send the certificate within 28 days of the 5 year anniversary. They reckon over 80% do not claim through reasons that I mentioned earlier. Good earner for them. MY TIP buy a very cheap pocket diary - normally less than £1. do this each year and write on 1 Jan the date you have to claim by and the year. Do this each year and when you have to claim you can do so. OK so it costs you £5 but you get your £80 back!

Quick question, for the first cashback on month 3 I sent the 4th bill so for month 6 which bill do I send? Is it the 7th one?Life is one long project0

Best to ring them and then you have the correct answer. Make at note of the date time and name of person giving you the information to quote when you come to claim.

Hi Trevor et al,
Just received the bill today- will be posting it first class tomorrow. Didn't bother with recorded delivery last time- because i wasn't sure they would bother picking it up if no one was around for signature. Will just keep copies and follow up asap.0 -
when i started out on this deal i remember mislaying the certificate thing you have to send and phoned them to say i didn't have one ::) the guy said you can write your details on a piece of paper and send that with your bill and it will be fine. i thought it was a bit dodgy but i found my certificate soon after!
you could try it anyway, the details on the certificate they ask for are:
your one stop account number, date of connection, gift claimed (ie the cashback amount), mobile phone number and tariff connected to when ordered.0
