1. Watch out to change your plan before the end of the 4th billing period, otherwise you have to wait for a month for the changes to take place
2. I phoned up customer services telling them that I have got a data phone, they told me it's not possible to change to the HSDP without registering your PDA with them. Is this right? It seems to me very dodgy, many people were automatically given this option.0 -
Sam perhaps we didnt reply because we didnt know the answer!

I switched to the high speed data tariff without any problems. I just phoned Orange, said I'd heard there was a data tariff option and asked for the details. Hey presto, got my next bill for £10 yesterday.0

i tried with three differrent operaters and failed ... they said they had put a stop on people going on to that tariff.
I had to go to next best/cheapest...the £13.99 freetime 750 ovp package0 -

does anyone know if we have to remain with orange for 12 months? i have looked at my paperwork but cant find anything that says we have to stay beyond the 6months for the cash back. the reason i want to know is because orange cant offer me the tariff i want. i wanted the your plan 120 minutes & 30 text for £15 a month, but because i am existing customer i cant have it. does anyone have any advice on how to persuade orange to let me have this tariff. or know of any tariffs that offer between 100 & 200 mins any net work any time & 30+ txt for under £20.
cheers paul0 -
