btw = BY THE WAY. You send to the address at the bottom of the sheet with your cash back claim slips on. This is Cashback Claims, Onestophoneshop, PO Box 337, Crewe, CW2 8WE - make sure you keep a copy of everything you send them.

i sent mine off last week monday by recorded delivery and received my cheque this morning ;D i've phoned orange to change over to the OVP T-Mobile Freetime 750 tariff at £13.99 from my next bill.0

Please dont take offence to this but you have to be meticulous in following the instructions to claim your cash back. Me and my wife have both had our cash back and are now on the £13.99 tariff for 750 off peak orange to orange or landline offpeak calls per month with 50 free texts each. When I sent my cashback claim I sent it guaranteed delivery next day before midday. I made sure it arrived with them on a weekday. OK I had to pay £3.75 - howevever I knew when it had arrived with them and they could not say they did not get it. You have a reference number when you post it and I checked on line to confirm it had arrived. I sent a covering letter with each claim and quoted the person I spoke to when confirming it was the correct bill to send. I quoted them by name, time and date I had called them and the telephone number I spoke to them on. In the letter I also stated that I would be calling them in a few days to check everything was in order.
Each claim took 7-8 days to receive the cheque.
Sorry for going on and you may think I went to extremes but when our cashbacks were £150 and £125 respectively it is worth taking a little time and trouble to make sure everything is OK
Hope this helps

I too received my £150 cashback this week.
It arrived about a week after I sent my bill off.
I've been following the instructions carefully in my welcome letter and I have had no problems.
I've now switched to the freetime 750 tariff at £13.99 a month but I must admit I am missing the 400 cross network minutes hehehehe.0 -
hi everyone
ive been watching this thread for sometime and I have noticed that all posts were about orange contracts. Im connected to 3 network (750 min x network) through OSPS and as i understand it i should apply for my first cash back after 6 months (not 3 months as orange) as for the first 3 months i paid only half the rent and the payment of full rent started only in the fourth month...please correct me if im wrong (the letter from OSPS states gift at m6 and m12 which i understand cashback after 6 and 12 months)...has anyone dealt with OSPS and connected to 3?0 -
boybeck I think they were hoping that all lot of people would get used to the 400 minutes and carry on this tarrif!

..same situation as you ... but see my recent post re the 290 mins t mobile from foraward cellular.
i've changed my orange OVP400 doen on to the £10 month tariff .. but taken out this other one which only costs just over £3 month.0 -
Arrived back from my hols ( sunny Majorca) and what do I see on the mat? Yes, a letter including a cheque from OSPS for £150. Well done OSPS! I have to be honest, I was worried as I made a b%**s up of the first attempt to claim and to give OSPS due, they sent me the claim form and cert back with a covering letter. I found the customer service dept good to deal with.
Penny, can you please direct me to your post on FC re the deal you have done. I am going to miss the 400 mins of calls a month, if/when I drop down to £13.99 (or £10 ??).0
