No my wifes bill date coincided exactly with the 3 month point and she has got her £150 cashback and gone onto the £13.99 pm tariff of 750 off peak mins and 50 free texts at exactly the 4 month point. So far so good!

;DI am NOT a mortgage & insurance adviser - or anything to do with finance, that was put on by the new system I dont know why?!0 -
Absolut disgrace. I've followed all the instructions from this thread, sent in fourth bill after three month and 8 days with the gift certificate using special delivery. One thing I did not do, I did not staple the certificate to the bill. I received an email saying that they cannot refund the £150 because of me not including the gift certificate!
I phoned up and they told me that they have thrown away the envelope and they haven't got the certificate. Luckily I have a copy so I am sendig it asap, but I am not 100% hopeful.
So remember, photocopy and staple the refund certificate to the bill!!!!0 -
At least you received an email- did you chase them up? Remember to do this quickly because you only have 45 days to claim. Will they accept the photocopy?- you can try faxing it. I didn't have a problemwith my 3 month cashback- i am more worried about the six month cashback. Once i receive that i will relax.0

Thanks, I will also send a fax today.
I phoned customer services and they have told me to send the photocopy through recorded mail.0 -
:-/ do we send the cash back claim to the PO box number at bottom of voucher or the main address? here she goes another stupid question....my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!0
-
I don't remember what i did- but i think there was a address on the claim form - what does it say?0
-
on claim form are two address one is PO box no the other normal address? if im sending registered post then it must be normal address?my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!0
-
A PO Box won't make any difference to recorded delivery.0

BTW, i didn't bother with registered post. I felt if postman couldn't get a signature then it would disappear into a sorting office and probably never get picked up. I went for proof of postage and photocopies so i could always send it again if there were problems0
