Norman it is the month four invoice. I called them and had it confirmed and would advise others to do the same. Be glad they returned all the paperwork and are giving you another chance. We may be overreacting but i don't think we should give them an opportunity to not pay.0

:-/ so to get this right? connected on 23.2.04 send off 23/5/04 or am I being stupid? Address is on the bottom but I wondered was there a special dept dealing with this Ie. Cashback Dept?/Claims Dept.my bark is worse than my bite!!!!!!!!0

terrierlady -i think its the next bill. But call and confirm before sending off. I don't think there is a particular dept but i've yet to send my bill.0

My bill arrived today so i posted it to OSPS. While waiting in the queue at the post office, i decided not to send it by recorded delivery - the main reason was that it does require a signature and if someone is not there to sign it , it will end up at the post office and can you trust OSPS to pick it up? I simply got proof of postage ( which i know is not he same thing) but i can always send the slip to them with the photocopies if problems arise. I know it is a slight risk but i am giving OSPS the benefit of the doubt.
Today is wednesday and i will call on Monday to check that they have received it and are working on it.0 -

Does onsestopphonshop have an email address?
I wanted to inform them that I am cancelling the insurance cover for the phone at 4.99 and the TMTI(talk me through it) phone handset helpline at 6.99 that they put me on without even asking me. They set up direct debits to come out of my account. To cancel I have to write to citymain insurance 2 sep letters for that and the TMTI plus onestopphoneshop say they need to be informed too by letter plus copies of the letters I write to the bank to cancel each of them. What a load of messing around done deliberately so some just dont bother to cancel.
I thought I'd try email instead to all of them and I'm also going to just delete the direct debit things thats in my online banking but I don't want bills sent later. The insurance is really rubbish like fighting an army to try n claim in any event with all the terms and conditions it's just not worth it.
I have the hassle of claiming cashback after 6 months with osps and 3g so I'm just hoping mine will be ok as I have to do it 3 times in allThanx

I don't think email works very well with OSPS. They ignored the email i sent. I'd stick with letters and follow up calls.
On a different matter, has anyone decided which tariff with Orange they are going to switch to after the four months are up? What is the cheapest? I think they might have updated their service plans recently.0 -

Yes I will use letters and calls when it comes to the cashback claim but for this cancelling of the insurances n things I just wanted to email them instead as I'm not writing a letter to my bank to cancel my direct debit I'll just do it myself on online banking so I wont have a letter to send. So if you do have the email address anyway could you let me know what it is. I dont see why they need to know when I cancel the insurance anyway as they said they werent anything to do with citymain...Thanx
