Forward Cellular Have Gone Bust

:jhad a phone call from Voda this morning. The lady said that they only managed to get half my email. Anyway after telling her my situation, she offered to let me change my package to £15.00, which I told her that I could not still afford ( and I really can't as I'm a very light user about £30 pa.)
After speaking to her line manager, she came back to say that my contract could be cancelled asap. As I brought my number to Voda I wanted to take it back with me. She said that would take 30 days!!! therefore my contract will end when my pac code is provided.
IT IS A GOOD RESULT (ALTHOUGH GOTTA WAIT 30 DAYS FOR PAC CODE!!!!!!)
:beer:WELL DONE VODA:beer:
HOPE CPW STILL HAVE THEIR OFFER ON!!!

Has anyone been able to cancel their contract with any other network than Vodaphone?0

T-Mobile would not downgrade my tariff or allow me to cancel.
I have two contracts with T-Mobile which thanks to Forward Cellular Ltd will end up costing me £483.00, less whatever Harrisons eventually return.

I spoke to Harrisons today.
It now looks likely the payout will be reduced to 30p in the pound, less if any other creditor claim surfaces.
All being well, Harrisons are hoping to pay back all creditors by 31st May 2005.
Slightly worrying is that Forward Cellular Ltd bankers, NatWest, have confirmed that Forward Cellular’s bank account balance is less than FC’s accounts indicate. This is under investigation by Harrisons but if unresolved could lead to a DTI investigation and an inevitable delay in creditor payback.
Should you wish to contact Harrisons yourselves, Andrew Smith is the person dealing with this case.

Have a read of
http://www.mobiletoday.co.uk/artman/publish/printer_1388.shtml which suggested that cashbacks would not be made, unless there has been a change of heart, since February.PF.0
