i think u would be lucky to get more than 2 months cashback, best to cancel and get CPW's 2:99 deal, that way even if u lose out on the cash back (in the unlikely event of Carphonewharehouse, going bust) then at least you are a getting a bigger bang for your buck, I.e. 500 xnet and 100 texts. if u do ge cashback then u had a brilliant contract for a year.save me money not time0

Have anyone manage to get T-mobile to cancel their contract? I have 2 contracts which I took out in Dec 2004 and have email them regarding FC's situation, no reply as yet.0

emailed yesterday but had a delay message delivery email. bet its cos of all you lot emailing too.
quite frankly, I am no longer bothered about defaulting the cashback if Voda cancel my contract, at least I'm slightly better off. On a brighter note cpw offer looks good, when does it finish?;)0 -
Phoned T-Mobile back in January. After 2 days deliberation I was informed that they were not prepared to help in any way whatsoever.

don't phone there customer support, they usaually have no clue, u need to e-mail there head office or at least the complaints department, they usually have someone higher up the ladder dealing with those type of requests.

I have been trying to get my money from my paypal account connected to ebay. All I have had is the run around because I cannot remember the password I used when registering. All the information sent to me to retrive my password and to verify who I am via my email address and phone doesnt work so they still have money which I cannot claim from my customer. Both of us are getting frustrated because it looks as though he hasn't paid. This transaction was on the 18th March so time is now running
out for me to get the money from them if I don't do this before a certain time scale the money will be returned to my customer. Can anyone help me with this problem? Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so how did they overcome it?0 -
Pat42 I'm thinking you got the wrong post here and want the eBay board
