No you can't claim on the insurance for what he's taken as it's 50% his... unless you can prove any of it is yours and even then if the police isn't interested the insurance company won't be either...
Do you know where he's !!!!!!ed off to? If you did could you find some large male friends or a very bossy female friend to go and ask him for your laptop? he will find it a lot harder to ignore someone on his doorstep... failing that I'd go down the small claims court... it's not hugely expensive but if it comes out in your favour he'll have a lot of trouble trying to ignore youDFW Nerd #025DFW no more! You need to make absolutely sure of this as if your ex has cleaned out the bank aco!!!!, do not be surprised if he tries to get hold of the deposit. You need to write registered post to the agents and landlord and make sure they know who to pay.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -

What is rent doing in the SOA?
If the tenancy terminates on 25 October, then this months rent was paid on September 25.
As long as the OP leaves on October 24, she does not have to pay rent this month. When the deposit comes back she can sort out new accomodation. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
travel to work it the 80 bus pass.. as it is for the bus train metro and freey.. i need to get a bus then metro then bus to work and if i did that without a bus pass it would get expensive. i work 3 on 3 off x0

my mam cried herself to sleep last night cos she was so upset for me.. dad is furious that he has done this to me... im his little angel and no one should hurt me.
i am very lucky to have such a wonderful family around me. they will support me all the way.. like i said my big brother does not know about it as he had stuff to deal with and i did not wait to bother him with it but he will be back tomorrow so will talk to him about it then.0
