And she got more then that and still wasnt happy.

For a moment I thought you were intelligent, until I saw this post.

"He has credited £10 to my asda account but to be honest i don't think im going to shop there again as if i do have a complaint it takes them weeks to sort out, where as a few weeks ago i complained to tesco about some meat which smelled rancid and had clearly gone off, they rang me the next day and it was all sorted, i didnt have to wait weeks or write various emails/make phone calls or write to head office to get it dealt with."

That's the problem - they took weeks to give her a £10 credit - she had to throw the whole contents of the bag away and replace it

Ah look at that - a cheap little insult thrown my way...

Yes the customer service was poor - but she got her desired result and still wasnt happy. What more could the store have possibly done?

Can you read? The OP is not expecting any more! They are just updating people regarding their experience and stating that they would rather shop elsewhere - what's wrong with that?

The only flawed part of your explaination is she didn't buy it in store - it was a home delivery..... Sorry

That'll teach me to skim read.

But I maintain that OCD or not the OP is a little OTT. If I I got some chewing gum stuck on my shopping how much compo should I get? Same scenario and I have OCD. Should I get more?

I think yes, because the effect is far worse and long lasting. But lest remember that despite this the OP did not want "Compo", just respect and to be treated like anyone else. Mental illness is no joke - it affects many people - far more than will care to admit, and more frightening, it can affect us all without warning - even the smart ones out there (this isn't aimed directly at you)

Not so clever now are you
