    Yeah I can go over and over all this all day analysing everything but it doesn't help.I keep a diary-that is helping a little.

    OK, enough sympathy, time for action.

    Pull yourself together tmd, you're hosting our Friday night party!!!!!!! (While the kids are away........)

    We will expect virtual cocktails, canapes, cheesy music (70's is always good). How about fancy dress? Can I suggest cowboys & indians????? I was thinking I might wear this......

    Sorry ali but not even a small smile :( I haven't heard from him since Tuesday and I suppose deep down I know it really is all over.I don't how i'm going to get through the next few days with no kids here.Maybe I'm wallowing in self pity but I am devastated that he isn't going to be here any more.It hurts so much.

    can you spend time with a friend perhaps? i know u prob wont feel like company but it would be good for u to have a shoulder to cry on and a body to huggle.

    Sorry to hear about this, it will get easier, I know it's hard to believe now but it will. Look after the most important thing, you and the little ones, be gentle on yourself.
