They are cheap BUT are very slow to reacting to emails. At present I am still waiting for a reply to an email I sent 10 days ago regarding a possible return or exchange0

Hi jcs, yeah they are slow with emails, sometimes they dont reply, Ive already been there. Its your money they are interested in and they have "next to nothing" communications.
There items are mostly below par, communication is non existant, slow dispatch and lists items they dont have..If I were you I would contact play or amazon (were ever you bought it from) to file a not as described or simular for a refund. you will only wind yourself up by a problem that is not being sorted out and you being ignored. They shouldt be trading with the communication and items as they are. Customers will learn over time not to buy from them0 -
hi i have had ongoing problems with them for 6 months first i started just listing then waiting for there 1 hour price scan to drop then buy the item then remove the listing it took them 2 weeks to clock what i was doing he then sent me an email saying i was manipulating prices i continued to do this and it would always work if you did it on a thursday or friday i then got a second email saying that what i was doing was fraud i took no notice and still did this but when it came to the friday the scanning machine was took ofand nothing dropped it was turned back on the saturday so i did it again the items went through the process and got to packing then on the monday morning i get an email direct from zoverstocks from james saying that what i'm doing is fraud and that if i do not stop he will take it up with play i did not respond to this and on thursday i continued to price drop then on monday i go to log into my account and its locked on play and amazon so i rang play and they said that my account had been locked for pricing maniptulation and that and unnamed company had reported me for sending death threts to them when i had not send a single email to them i then argued with play saying that i had not but they would not back down and hung up this argument took place on thursday and i have logged into my play account this morning to find that its open but all orders have dissapeard and i can't leave any feedback i am now waiting for a responce from play0

hello,
I spend quite a bit on amazon and just wanted to say that, although zoverstocks are always the cheapest, depending on the price difference I prefer to use another company. There is nothing wrong with them I just find their delivery is always a little slow. I just wanted to put sellers minds at rest, that once you have used zoverstocks, when an item is 1p cheaper with a private seller, I would always choose to pay the 1p more and receive my item 5 days quicker, and im sure regular buyers like me feel the same way. Try not to cheapen your products too much because zoverstocks are constantly undercutting you.0 -
well i've been on to play again and got a reply saying my orders have been removed due to request to {other buyers} on other words zoverstocks they said they been removed so that i can't sabotage feedback ratings so i will keep on pushing zoverstocks0

Decided to do a little search to find out who Zoverstocks was since I buy a load of stuff from "It". Recognised this site from the google listings given.
And you just so happened to remember your log in details from when you registered in may 2009 did you?

So you haven't been listing fake items and then snapping up the zoverstocks item when theirs drops? It must be a mix-up. I think you must have been lucky/unlucky enough to buy stuff that was targeted by a scam lister. By that I mean someone who lists items either with no intention of selling them, or with no actual item to sell.
If you didn't buy from Zoverstocks, then there is a data protection problem as play shouldn't have passed your details on. If you did purchase something then Zoverstocks can contact you on matters relating to your purchase, and if the purchase was dodgy (from what you say it wasn't) then it would be legitimate use of your contact info.
If it is a case of mistaken identity then yes, they shouldn't have contacted you.0 -
well here a one for you all i said i would keep on doing it and today a company bought one of my items called lightning discs and the name to dispatch to is james @ entertainment magpie limited 22 castle street macclesfield i wonder who that could be ?0

A trader buying items from zoverstocks when they have reduced their price to undercut you, cannot be called fraud by any stretch of the imagination. THEY have set their price. Nobody else. If it was fraud they would call the cops. See what the boys in blue have to say, mmm? I don't think any of you so called "scammers" need to worry about getting a "visit" any time soon. :rotfl:squaaaaaaaaacccckkkkkk!!!! :money:0
