They really are taking the yellow liquid, aren't they Alared? I wonder how many people they have done it to. It's clearly not just an oversight or mistake happening to one or two users.0

These people seem un-contactable and a law unto themselves.
Ofcom, your banks and credit companies try to dodge the issue and claim it`s up to you to sort it out.
Luckily I pay by DD and have printed out "your rights under DD" and I`m in no mood to take any truck from my bank about a refund.

If I was owed over £100 as in your case,I would not hesitate to issue a county court summons (small claims) against these people.
It will only cost about £30 which you get back when you win.
Chances are this lot won`t even turn up to defend it,then you win by default.
Furthermore it can all be done online.

I've been using my pre-paid dial up ok untill last night, try as I might, I couldn't get on.
I remember that this happened last month at the same time and it coincides with my payment date. It almost as if they wont let me on untill they are sure of the money!
Still only get one charge a month though, so no prblems there.
But can't get onto the members area.0 -

I have just noticed i am in the same situation, they owe me £101.94 to be exact, its been going on for a while and as its on my DH card etc he has never bothered to check, its only because i noticed that they blatantly took out 3 payments in Oct 13th 16th and 17th that alarm bells rang, i went back over all my CC statements and noticed that they took 13 payments in 2004, 14 payments in 2005 and so far 15 in 2006...
I think the reason he never piced up on it as they had taken in some months one at the beg and one at the end so he just assumed one early/later than normal, and forgot to notice that they took another one in the middle of the next month.
where do i start V21 normally (i have sent a message) but we all know how impossible it is to get an answer there

I've just logged on to my online bank and have noticed the cheek bast:mad:ds have taken another £4.99 out of my account.
Thank goodness the card I used to pay my sub expired at the end of November - I am now paying by direct debit  .0 -

Normally taken on the 19th of each month another one has been taken on
4th Dec.
They took one off me too on the 4th, I logged into my account at v21 at is said that my next payment due 13 december which just comfirmed that they have stolen another £17 off me.
I have now cancelled my debit card, and am in the process of writing a letter to tell those blood suckers that im terminating my account, im sure that they breached the contract once they started taking money on the non specified date. Gotta try and find an old v21 contract though.0 -

It made no difference to me muffinhead. My card also expired but they still took the cash successfully. Apparently, the expiry date is irrelevant - as long as the main card number remains the same, the charge is validated. I had to cancel my card completely, and ask for a new one to be issued!
