Hacked? unlikely,
Looks like an inside *support forum* job to me, which raises some concerns for data privacy!
Even reached my old junk *throw away* addy.
Just another reason to be careful when giving out this info.
Shepard? yeah, my immediate thoughts were this was some vague reference to Shepard Smith, Fox news anchor0 -
Here's hoping there's no way back:

Interesting read but I don't think it will surprise any of us here on this forum.
What surprises me most is how they managed to last so long!I'm NOT political so DON'T correct me!0 -
At this moment in time I still cannot get access to the members area, what a bummer.0

Damn! thought this was hot off the press:

Apparently this makes the rubber cheque brigade in breach of legal requirements - I am shocked to the core...0 -
Looks like it`s only a matter of time before this lot collapses.
Anyone with an existing DD should consider cancelling it.
As for debit/credit card payments,I don`t know what your options are.
If this lot takes a load of money out of your account and then goes under then there`s no chance of claiming it back.
How can Ofcom be so slow to take action, knowing that Biscit is now in breach of it`s rules.

Please Help,
I am currenlty on dial up fast 4 using the 0808 no. I have been trying to find a contact number that works for fast 4 and not having any success. I found this thread. Now there are are 60 pages here and on dial up I will be here all day and more.
Could someone who knows the score kindly summarise the situation with fast 4, v21 etc. Who is paying for my dial up? I noticed no charge last month?
Getting a bit concerned I may get a big bill!
ThanksYeah, cheers but nah, I will stick with yes, thank you and no.
Thank you.0
