Morning all!!
I was thinking off going carbooting this morning but we have decided against it as we spent a little more than expected at local bargin sports shop yesterday!!! Got some great bargins, DD got some roller blades with helmet and all the pads elbow knees ect for £5!!!
DS1 really impressed us, as he was spending his own money (birthday) he was so sensible, spent ages looking round, he only spent half his money and got loads!! Including pink t-shirts something this time last year he would have ran a mile from!!Hes obviously growing up fast and getting a bit trendy with it, im sure ill be asking you all for help getting the stains out of a pure white tracksuit top he bought the first time he wears it!!!!!WHITE!!!
Plans for today, footy match then lamb dinner, make rolls for pack up tommorow and get uniforms sorted.
Hope you all have a great day, and big hugs to everyone!

DH has gone out for an early morning walk - DD(12) is at a sleepover - other two DDs are still asleep.
Sitting down here with a pot of tea to soothe my sore throat.
Need to get jogging trousers later for DD and get uniform washed and ironed.
Not much for lunch in house so seeking inspiration. If I thought they would all eat spag bol I would make that.
Hugs to all and see you later."This site is addictive!"

Morning all
Supposed to be my lie-in today!! So what's new
Anyway, we're going out en famile for lunch later on - Mr TM works with the dad and DS2 and their DS are in the same class at school, so there's lots of exitement about the prospect of playing with someone else's train sets (from DS2, not Mr TM)
Did LOADS of laundry yesterday and ironed it all watching Strictly Come Dancing (Go, Anton :j :j) No need for the big feast here so I've been spurred into action to go to a car boot sale this morning, by reading all you lot doing the same. Will jump in the shower then disappear for a couple of hours. Mr TM can take the boys to church
Hope everyone is OK today and (((hugs))) to those who need them
See ya later

Hi to all
I wish there was a car boot close to us, but there isn't.
First the dog has to have his hours walk - usually taken by OH, who, due to this, is lovely and slim. Do you know, he's still only a couple of pounds heavier than when I met him 30 years ago - and he has the cheek to say he's putting on weight  (I was very young by the way :rotfl: )
I won't ever mention curtains again, as they're still not doneI was really knacked yesterday afternoon, so lay my head down for a nap - and slept 2 hours! But Saturdays are for doing what you want!
Today I really have lots to do, including the sorting of our office. Food is sorted for dinner - roast pork, but I need to make some bread later. Also will visit Mr T's, to fill up on essentials for the week - I have noticed that I spend less and less in supermarkets nowadays - which I am VERY happy about. I might even have a look at the list of R&R's to see if there is anything that I might be looking at buying anyhow.
Have a peaceful day all :wave:0 -
Morning Guys!
OH & I made up yesterday and had a good chat about how we both feel and what our expectations are of each other. At the end of the day, we still love each other and apparently I still give him butterflies and vice versa:D.....not to bad after 19 years together:eek:
Anyway, so far today 2 washloads have been done. House tidied through and toilet cleaned. Dishwasher is on ATM. Uniforms all ready for the week. Towels washed.
We have a couple of friends popping in today, which is a shame as I would have loved to have taken BargainRzl offer up of a cuppa tea:o ....sorry hun.
I am going to attempt the Roast dinner challenge today as we had a take-away last night, so the chicken needs using and was going to have a roast yesterday anyway;) ....only thing is that I only have soya milk, so hope the yorkies will rise okWe are aiming to eat at lunchtime'ish:D
OH has done a cracking job of the built in wardrobe...its huge! Will take some pics and post later...Im dead chuffed with it and just needs doors to it and will be completed:T This week the aim is to paint the toilet as the deep red colour makes it look too dark and small:cool: ...also we have a large amount of building materials that need taking away and am not sure whether it would be worth just hiring a skip outas its going to kill OH otherwise and he wont put it in the new car to take to the dump. How much are skips these days?
We have a busy week this week at the hospital. I am hoping that they may give me some new meds for the pain as Tramadol doesnt do anything anymore. They have offered Diazapan to help with the muscle spasms which are very painful but am not allowed to take them coz of other meds Im on....I just want the pain to ease abit. I have a good pain threshold but these past few months have really taken me to my limit....and I NEED drugs:rotfl:
Anyway, I have to get cracking on the dinner...well delegating anyway;)
Aussielass-Thanks for your PM, and I have no idea about that thing you said in in it, I'll PM you later hun.
Hugs to all.

Hi Y'all, still in me JimJams here but 2nd load of DW has just gone on and washing (MATHLETTS rugby and footy kits) chugging along and I've dragged the vac around downstairs. Had an uber busy week delivering electoral role reminders/paid2clicking/cleaning my sisters rental appartments (OS of course LOL) plus all the usual and next week looks even busier, with 3 church meetings, two parents evenings and Mrs MATH's tax returns to throw into the mix. Maybe it will help if I start wearning my underpants on the outside.:rotfl: I know I've been neglecting the OS board of late so hugs and appologies all round.:grouphug:
It's half-term next week so we are all off to the coast for 9 days of vegging out and doing very little. There is sand-racing on the beach during off-season months which is great to go down and watch so I may putter along with the MATHLETTS to see that but nothing else much planned.
Mrs MATH is working today (Card Craft demonstrating at a garden centre near you LOL) so I've done the sensible thing and booked the MATLETTS and me in for lunch at my mum and dads. So a nice easy day (YAY)
Church this morning so I had better get suited and booted to get the MATHLETTS to choir rehearsals for 10 and I'm sure I can whiff my Mother's roasties starting to brown...yum...yum
Have a good day

:hello: Goooooooood Morning OS'ers
Late one for meI'm having very wierd nights at the moment, dead tired, fall asleep, awake tossing a couple of hours later, sleep again and strange, strange dreams!! Wondering if it's to do with the patches
But, on that front, apart from getting an urge, a very strong urge, yesterday evening (deep breaths, counted to 10 sloooooooooooowly, rinsed my mouth with mouth wash) survived to tell the tale
Have a coloured wash on, beds airing, windows open to air the house; chest/head/throat now feeling almost better. Baking day today in QueeniesLand. Still have achey shoulders, but I'm beginning to think that's due to tension so I'm earmarking some time later to listen to my meditation CD. Won't make the mistake of doing it in the bath like last time, fell asleep:rotfl:
Oh goodie, still have time to browse the boards as I finish my cuppa (and maybe squeeze in a coffee before the wash load finishes and I need to swing into action).
Have a lovely Sunday, ((hugs)) for those who need them, hope the Booters get some great bargains, and those having lunch out ( ) enjoy!! :T
