Unfortunately - because you (and I include myself here too actually) are all MSEers and OSers, you probably wouldn't use what I am offering. :D In fact, most of us (definitely myself included) couldn't afford me :D That won't stop me selling to those who can ;)

I can't/don't want to say too much because I know that Nelski had a lot of problems after people found out who she was/website etc. Also, as what I am offering is fairly unusual where I am, then I wouldn't be too hard to find. Needless to say I am going out all guns blazing, going for the kill etc etc. No mealy mouth small start up here :rotfl: Mind you, I haven't had my first bill from my gpaphic designer yet <gulp> .... :D

I'll let you know what I'm doing when I've made my first million :)

    Hello all,

three cheers! I am now officially on holiday for the next 9 days :j Have lots of things which I *should* be doing, but we'll see what actually gets done in the end ;)

Was very busy at work today, so it just seem to fly past. Managed to leave the place looking all lovely and tidy for me going back though - just need to do the same thing with my own house :D Gotta break out that stardrops!

*hugs* to all - take or leave as you please.

Hi, this is the Daily Thread for Sunday 15th October. This is an “over the garden fence” type thread where we chat about everything OS and maybe a little bit more. It’s a great, inspiring and motivating thread we start each day to discuss what we’re going to do today or what we’ve achieved already. Everyone’s welcome, please do come in, put your feet up (although check the fence hasn’t just been painted first!) and join us for an OS natter. The more the merrier!

When you make a post, if you feel like giving it a title, that will help others that don’t have the time to read everything skim through the thread quickly but if not it's not a problem, we’re a laid back bunch here so you won’t hear any complaints.

Some people who chat here like to try to answer everyone. Don’t feel you have to though, a general “hi everyone, hope everyone’s well” type start does just as well.

    Morning!
An early one for me.We're off carbootingtoday. Didn't get a lot of sleep for some reason so may need a nap later;)

Hugs to those in need and have a good day all!
    Back later
    Take care

  • Morning, Taplady, you beat me to it by 1 minute! I'll copy and paste my bits in here!

    Morning Old Stylers!

Had a great day yesterday. Thanks to everyone who recommended the Braun Handblender. :T :A I bought one yesterday, and see I'm going to get loads of use from it.

DD and I then went round the charity shops. Loads of bargains, so DD just has to pay me back for her purchases. Had large mugs of hot choc, and shared a slab of chocolate cake. Then went to visit a couple of friends, and we talked about selling up and taking on a big house and smallholding together.

DH and I went to see The History Boys at the pictures last night. Brilliant! Was set at the time when I was applying to university, so felt very real. Got back to find that though I'd set up to record Robin Hood, the video switched itself off before it was done  Anyone know if it's repeated? Edit, tonight on BBC3.

We have a duck (reduced by Mr T) for supper, with whatever roasty roots I can dig from the garden (or the freezer).

I've been browsing Gingham's veggie meal planner, so will be cooking from that this week.

    Have a great Sunday!

    Penny. x

    Good morning everyone :hello:

Hope everyone is well today - or as well as can be. Mrs Mix...sorry to hear your joints are playing you up...I hope you can find some relief in the interim before your new meds kick in.

Like Taplady I'm off carbooting today. The one I am heading to doesn't start until noon - that's a civilized time I find! I'm hoping to lay my hands on a pressure cooker and a flash gun for my SLR camera (well you never know!) and I'm always in the market for all sorts of books, and if anybody has any nice clothes in my current size I will be a v.happy bunny. I've never been to a car boot sale in N.Ireland before, so it'll be interesting to see how prices are pitched compared to England.

Other plans for today - I am hoping to gather in some rosehips and use them to make some jelly. I have a glut of pears...alas not from a tree (oh if only...) but from the supermarket - they are bags of value pears and were reduced. These I will also convert into some sort of jelly or jam - or muffins...or something! I'll keep a few back for eating of course.

I need to go to the shop pretty soon. Unfortunately I forgot to buy cat litter yesterday and my two furballs are fussing about not wanting to use the rather stale stuff which is there for them. Tough...I'm not letting them out in the dark.

    Have a fab Sunday everyone.

    Morning all :)

Couldn't sleep last night, too many thoughts going round in my head. Everyone is still asleep so grabbing a bit of peace and quiet before they wake, this morning seems really dark so I think that must be keeping them asleep.

Loads to do today, top priority is doing a mega ebay listing session and get OH to sort some of his books to sell on Amazon. Ds needs a haircut and to do his homework and then I might ask OH to make some cakes with them which is always amusing! The children also talk to their Grandparents in New Zealand on SKYPE in the morning which they love and tends to make them very overexcited.

Dinner will be roast chicken. Ds is now downstairs and already talking christmas .

    Have a good day.
