Hello Everyone
Not feeling great today. Feeling very shakey and trembly. Had a late one last night as I volunteered at a teen disco until 11pm.
Another late one tonight as I've evening appointments to go to.
Had a "free" lunch yesterday, as I was given some of the money I've earned through sales at work. (I don't do sales really) so that was nice.
Hope everyone's ok and hugs to all who need themComping, Clicking & Saving for Change0 -

Just lost my post  my silly fault of course. I was going to post another picture but completly made a hash of it this time.
It was sooooo big. I have to downsize them first before I load them on to tinypic. Sometimes it works and then sometimes it doesn't. Will try again tomorrow night as I"m off to bed now.
Jo You sound really down in the dumps atm. Look after yourself ((((hugs))))
Peem & other's who have suffered that type of loss. Must be heartbreaking.
Sickies - there is too many to name individuallyhoping for a speedy recovery.
DSis & BIL are here tomorrow. :jBe lovely to catch up. I only hope I get a word in edgeways. She has made me a cake & lemon curd. Great minds must think alike. I will give her some of my very runny mulberry jam in exchange. :rotfl:Have a lovely day all. Byeeeeeeeeeeee
Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.0 -
Thanks everyone for your hugs. All taken and appreciated.
I know "it's one of those things" but it does get to me evey so often.
Left house this morning to discover flat tyre. So plodded off to metro to get to work. Slipped on the way (luckily only paper boy saw me) and now have skint knee. Also had to use 2 £2 coins to pay fares as I didn't have any money on me.
Got to work and realised I'd left my lunch of last nights ratatouille leftovers in the kitchen. So I'll have to spend another one on a sandwich from the canteen.
Ho hum - it's all taking my mind off things I suppose.
Take care everyone and thanks again."You can't get a cup of tea big enough or a book long enough to suit me." - C.S. Lewis0 -

Well I've made tonight's tea (ranchero pie) and I've just started tomorrow's - shepherd's pie with swede/potato topping. Need to clean the bathroom, and strip DD's bed - apart from that my washing bin is empty :T :T :T
Once that's all done I'm going to pull out the sofas and see what lurkes behind :rotfl:

Morning All,
Busy day at work today, fortunately nowhere near as bad as yesterday. Had long chat with boss anyway who gave me some good advice on managing this person that made life so hard yesterday so fingers crossed. The mistakes she made didn't do my reputation any good though and had to send a very humble apologetic email yesterday afternoon after getting my ear chewed by chief exec.
DH bit better today, he's taken the kids out to Toys R Us to start drafting Christmas lists and I think MacD's may be on the cards. They deserve it they've been so good whilst he's been poorly. DH also a big softie and will probably get them a little present too.
DH also getting nephews birthday pressie we are off there tonight as he is three today, am trying to persuade DH to take tomorrow off as think he needs another days rest but we'll see.
Dinner tonight is Spanish Omelette and salad, although we may end up eating at my brothers in which case dinner for tomorrow is sorted!! :T
OS wise, just keeping on top of washing and think I need to make another Weetabix cake. DH and I love it for brekkie with butter on. Yummmmmmy! The kids swept up for me yesterday and did a very good job bless them so will hoover tonight instead.
Haven't been able to read the first page of the daily, according to work firewall thingy, "!!!!!! is detected"!!! but think I get the gist of things.
((((((((((((((Hugs)))))))))))) to Peem. Thinking of you.
Jo - I did exactly the same thing last week, blooming standing orders!! Money finally went back into my account today. I do sympathise.
Hugs to all others in need.
Have a happy OS day all!!!

Apart from that I am ok. How is everyone elses day going?0 -
hi all,
plumber is here, when he removed toilet it stank to high heaven, how embarrasing! Still have no toilet yet but wish I'd bought a champagne one (can you still do that?) as when the old one went outside thats what colour it was, not green! like I thought. Ill change the lightshade and see if white and champagne go alright together so i don't have to bother buying a sink, I wish!
AgeandJo my cat has chewed carpet up again in my hall, she does it by all the doors and Im left with gaps between the runners and the door. Don't know what to do about it.
Catch you all later xxIf you don't have something nice to say don't bother saying anything at all.0
