Just got home, quite pleased with some bargains from Tesco - the muffin tin I wanted to buy months ago (but didn't) is now half price (so I did) - also, got a decent-looking kitchen knife for a couple of quid, 75% off, which will tide me over in my new place until the January sales when I hope I can get a good set cheap. The ones I use at the moment actually belong to my housemate.

Am watching Child of Our Time and will be off to make fish pie in a minute.

Been busy busy here today. Had college this morning and ran a couple of errands. Before I went had emptied dishwasher and loaded WM.

This afternoon/evening have decluttered childrens rooms washed and remade their beds. Decluttered and organised my shoe cupboard and been helping DD with maths homework. Also cooked saus and mash. Just waiting for some bedding to dry then that will be it for the day.

Am feeling tired but pleased with myself. Have got a nice day tomm going to hairdressers for cut blowdry and colour - dont know about anyone else but I come out of there exhausted even though I have been sitting doing nothing for a couple of hours.

Have also got parent teacher meetin tom but is for DS who is year 3/4 so only one teacher.

Anyway must go, see you all tomorrow.

Nowt going on here today. Busy with PTA bits and bobs so have been out all day and will be out all day tomorrow. Am thinking I might reheat some red lentil curry for dinner just not exciting is it??
