    Sorry to ask this, as it is probably a stupid question, but i am new to all this and just needed to find out...

    If some thing is priced wronge, ou get th keep the item and get a full refund?


    EG.

    If some thing s priced at £10 but they charge you £11 then they will give you a refund of £10 and you get to keep the item?
