Tis true, the staff are updating the advertising throughout the day. I go in my local sometimes 3 times a day. Morning, lunch and then after work. Sometimes I dont get anything til the last visitWe took on Mr T and we won:D

Anyone know where i can download the latest list of Tescos for my TomTom 5 ?
Want to do a good run round tomorrowI'm new, but keen:j0 -
Can someone please clarify this?
My store has loads of out of date SEL's especially on the mobile phones. One Nokia one ran out in June!! but this phone is a 'discountinued' reduction price.
The scanners don't work so I can't check - so .... do all prices go back to the original price when the date runs out on the offer? or do they stay at the offer price until someone changes them back?
Thanks in advance, can't really afford to 'buy' one to check and I used to work at the store so will notice me if I keep 'returning' unwanted stuff or 'putting things back' at checkout.0 -
Thanks everybody re bob the builder toys got it sorted through CS but they sent me a money card for total instead of giving full refund
maybe worth you more seasoned R&R's having a look for the toys and checking if they are a "real" R&R the toys are all on a fixture with 2 bob the builder figures for £8.95 it is only ment to be the £5 ish toys but it dosn't say that on the yellow signs

my step son (18)who keeps asking is it tesco's today then?to which my little boy (17 months) says "oh no tisco"

Scroll down the list to UK POIs...then down to T for Tesco.
Alternatively, click the link below:
http://www.pocketgpspoi.com/reviews/tomtompoi/tesco.zip
It will then download the zip file straight to your PC.In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Great to see the thread back. Was suffering withdrawal, as I need my daily fix of it. You guys make me laugh, and the info is invaluable! Had a meat misprice today (got to it before the yellow sticker fairy did!) Danish pork loin joint SEL £5.16 Kg, charged £5.66 Kg. I think prices went down overnight, and these were the last of the old stock at the higher price. CS perfectly polite, no grief at all. Someone asked what happened to the refund receipts a while back. From what I saw today the receipts are put in a folder marked WASTE behind the CS desk.
Still looking for an Xbox or psp, but little chance locally - no offer posters in sight, not even covered up ones!0 -
Bratz annual & Cars does kick in the discount, poop, I didn't want Pokeman, Star Wars or Noddy.
Want to share my story though.
Went into SETCO's, whoops, I mean Tesco's, & found a credit card on the floor. My eyes are always there looking for till spits & petrol vouchers ( 2 found in car park )
Marched off to CS with it & it was the lady that had been horible to me last week over sausages, the security guard that always follows me by her side. She gave me the glare, I could feel her saying not you again.
Innocently I say 'I've just found this credit card'
She was taken back & the look on her face, 'oh thank you' she says.
Do they really think we're proper criminals.
Luckily I went to the electrical desk for the overcharge on games.0 -
I've read a lot of the past posts and other threads but as you've said Friday starts the new Tesco round.
I'm after a console but at presnt my 3 local Tesco have no posters up so couldn't try.
Can you please explain exactly what I'm looking for?
Is it simply looking for the poster, collecting a console and game and then going to the till. If the price is incorrect I win, if not I take it back for a refund.
How do I increase my chances of winning?
Ideally I want a PSP or Nintendo DS.
Thanks in advance and I hope I'm not aggrevating the regulars by asking the same questions, I just want to save money like everybody else.0 -

Generally the 'Discontinued' or 'reduced to clear' stickers are there to stay until they are sold off. In my (limited) experience the offer continues or goes below the advertising price. However, outdated sels are always worth a look, so just take the product to the electrical desk and ask them to scan it for you if there are no Self-scan points. Say you couldn't see a price, look thoughtful, say you'll leave it if no overcharge, say you'll have three otherwise....0
