Tesco misprice discussion area part 11

On topic, I gave Tesco until tomorrow to respond about my travel insurance overcharge that the store would not honour.

The next step is consumer direct, isn't it?

I'd say very, very high.

My advice would be to do what I've done the last few Fridays and get up really early to hit as many stores as you can between 7am and 9am.

Thanks for giving us this thread back!

My refund was dealt with by Joanne on Monday/Tuesday, had an email yesterday (after sending receipt by email) and was told a refund awaits me in store. Went to the store today, and the manager I need to speak to was off! Doh! Will psych myself up again tomorrow to pay a visit.

I thought the offer had finished and the posters were gone?

The PSP Giga Pack + Tekken £10 off and the Xbox + Just Cause £20 should, in theory, end in the early hours of tomorrow morning (28/09/06 to be precise, but the till systems never update on the dot of midnight). Therefore there's a high chance that tomorrow morning a few out of date posters might still be up. Just going off past experience, of course.
