    the notice read
    "BULK PURCHASE POLICY
In the interests of all customers, some products are limited to 2 items per customer."

Has anyone else seen a similar notice go up recently on the wall behind the desk in other stores or is it just Leyland taking matters into their own hands?

I noticed this in two stores last weekend. As far as bulk purchase go, 2 is very stingy. Aldi and lidl usually allow you six of the same product.

Also I have noticed that they were better (worse for us) on overcharges around my area last week - very hard to come by. Even so I thought I'd found three misprices, but by the time I got back to put them on here someone had already done it.
£2 savers club = £52 - spending money for holiday
  • that bulk thing is a crock, they were actively promoting 5% off six bottles of wine during the wine festival!! "SIX" quote that at them!

Surely it should not be a bulk purchase policy, but instead a bulk REFUND policy???

After I agreed to a 2 from 3 refund, they then got a folder out titled "REFUND CUSTOMER TRACKING SHEETS", and wrote down my name and my visa card number (it doubles as my clubcard) as well at the refund value, barcode and reason.

Seen it a few times but it is b@llocks. If they have a bulk purchase policy then they just broke it themselves by letting you purchase them.

A call to HO is required. You will get a letter of apology and a money voucher for about £10+.

The bulk purchase notice is for people who buy out all the loss leaders, ie, milk, bread/rolls etc. You will find that shopkeepers/caterers go in and buy them out of stock, hence the notice to stop them. This does not apply to you or the steaks.

I would have refused to give them my card details too unless they can prove to me that they lock the book away at all times. I would still refuse then though.

I can confirm that the White £179.97 PSP and Tekken game do not trigger the £10 discount, which was advertised in one of my local stores.
#Hi, think i'm going to try this in a few local tescos.
I'm new to r&r, but i like the sound of it.

! I want a DS for my litle girl's birthday and I don't wanna pay for it now!

Right. If I buy one with Fifa, and it the doscount does go through so no R&R, is there any mileage in trying to exchange the game for one I want??Or will the b*stards make me pay the difference?

If people know where they are don't you think they'd get them for themselves?

The offer only lasts until the first person tries it and normally the sel is removed.
