Tesco misprice discussion area part 11

Hi everyone just read this on MSE
could we get extra when writing to HO.
Inconvenience costs. Picture the scene: You’ve got home and are looking forward to putting on that sexy new dress with those gorgeous matching shoes you’ve just bought…only to discover the shop’s forgotten to remove the security tag from the dress or has given you two left feet!
Inconvenience like this isn’t acceptable; there’s the hassle of traipsing back to the shop, and you certainly won’t be best pleased if the clothes were for a special occasion that particular evening. As soon as you realise, call the shop immediately to complain, or even write a brief letter to its customer services head office. It’s not unreasonable to request travel expenses to get back to the store, or even compensation (usually gift vouchers) for your time.

Thank you for keeping yours short.
That is only your view !
You have no right to be rude and agressive towards other posters.
I think you should apologise.
Manners on this particular thread are consistently poor.0 -
Can I ask you Dudes to calm down.
This thread has previously been suspended due to posts like those above.
Take your arguements off this thread - 99.9% of this community are here to discuss mis-prices - not to read your cyber-teddy-bear throwing.
Mods - do please suspend these individuals - but please don't punish the majority.

Are you a Mod ?
My Mother always said if you can't say something pleasant, keep you mouth shut !
wow a newbie welcome to the forum. I am sure you have been r+ring for months and built up a nice collection of xboxes, PSP's and Nintendo DS's and just decided to start posting so signed up.
What was said is correct, the discusion area is for discussing the tesco misprice policy and getting an "r+r" not making stupid comment ect but they do crop up every so often. Unfortunatly thid thread is a very volotile place to be it can go off in wrong directions and is very closely moderated by redfox and a few others, often closed and new threads started becasue of problems hence the reason this is thread number 11.
quoteing another post is fine but some quoting especially of long posts is a waste especially when the text added at the end isnt really any benefit to other r+rers. Long posts take lots of time for the mods to moderate when this thread was growing at 10 pages a day I found it hard to keep up never mind the mods who do it for free.
Just before you ask
SEL = shelf edge label
GOTW = Game of the week
yellow SEL's are the one indicating offers
white SEL's are normall on offer sel's
HO = Head office
CS = Customer services
Yes tesco people read the 2 tesco threads
no tesco wont stop the "if things don't add up policy"
take your item to CS if you notice an over charge dont tell the checkout assistant or they will get the price altered for you
try not to use a clubcard when r+ring
the console and GOTW is a bundle and should be refunded as a bundle not just the game
if they refuse in store contact HO (se above) in the carpark number is 0800 505555
Anyone think I missed anything
Ohh and be nice to the Tesco staff.0 -

Look at your own manners. You consistantly patronise and come out with agressive posts like this, and have the nerve to comment on how other people should conduct themselves.DONE: Great North Run 09! Raised £452 for the National Autistic Society

Thank you for the information, but I think you need to appreciate that what somebody considers a 'stupid' comment is just that persons view, it is their subjective assessment. Because somebody has a view it does not make that view fact.0 -

YesButNoBut - sorry to take the bait (again) but you have posted some very inflammatory on the "Misprices" thread - please reign yourslef in a bit for all our sakes.

This is the sort of behaviour that gets R&R'rs a bad name.
It is just plan and simple greed.
