If you took the time to read this thread instead of repeatedly posting pleas for help you would find the answers to all of your questions.

First - you accepted the £20 goodwill gesture according to your previos post - so you are fighting a uphill battle.

Call Head Office - 0800 505555 - explain your problem - you may get some joy although one question you will be asked is "Did the store offer you £20 and did you accept this?"

If all else fails you have 28 days from the date of purchase to return the goods - provided you have not played around with the contents.

I hope this helps - but PLEASE - try and do some research yourself instead of consistently asking to be spoonfed such.

I didnt accept the £20, that was on monday when i had a full refund and didnt complete the transaction because they ballsed it up, i returned to the store on wednesday and bought the deluxe model with the godfather, as the manager on monday said the discount was off the deluxe not the core, the discount didnt come off and i left the store, went back in this morning and they were adamant that it was off the game so im going to ring head office now. Sorry to be a pain, i do stay up to date with this thread but its so long now and you can search for ho etc as they are too short. ill let you know how i get on.

i never use a clubcard for R&R and i always try to use cash.
notice its all gone quiet on the consoles, is the xbox still wrong?
i have seen stores where they have the offer covered with paper, but also seen stores with poster advertising £20 off. anyone know?

i did try my luck on an xbox couple of weeks back and the discount came off, so i had to return it!
