the o/p (er me) got £6.56 refunded because the sel said 2 for £5, got charged £3.28 each, the new sel says 2 for £6 ( as pointed out to me cs..)Back to square one, no apg, no comment.0 -
I've just bought a 360 and GOTW...the poster was not blanked out and the £20 discount did not come off. I spoke to CS and a team leader/duty manager and they said the discount was off the game and not the package as a whole. CS offered me a R&R on the game (which I took). Is it worht pursuing with HO for an R&R?0

- you will need the recipt of the full price (the 1st one) and the refund receipt of £39.97 - phone CS tomorrow on 0800 505555 option 5 and speak to the person on the phone explain what happened and they will sort it out for you.

I don't agree with that - I had the same yesterday and got full refund after the helpdesk got involved - (mind you I did say that I will take the refund for now on the bases I call HQ in the morning to discuss as it was misleading on the wording of the offer - and it was also about 11pm as well
