Prompted by this Tesco thread, I checked my till receipt before I left the store today. I discovered that I'd been overcharged by 5p.............so I went to the Customer Service Desk.

I bought some KP peanuts (20% extra free pack) which had a Shelf Edge Label price of 94p. At the till I was charged 99p.

The Customer Service assistant gave me £1 (so I made 1p on the deal) and I walked away with my free peanuts.:D


"And if things don't add up ~ In the unlikely event you are charged a higher price than on the shelf or the product we will refund your money and you can keep the product"

So............thanks to everyone who posts in this thread..........and to the board guides.:A

bang on the nail. The worst thing about being banned is xmas only comes once a year so for the other 51 weeks you will probably be aware of what stuff you will own from one week to the next. Its like a big lucky dip and I shall miss her.

The best thing to do is buy R&R's without clubcard and if successful you can get the points added either with your existing card or do what I do, get a new temporary card and register it under a diff name each time. ie, Anthony MacWilliam, A MacWilliam, Anthony McWilliam, A McWilliam, MacWilliams, McWilliams, Ann, Anne, Anna etc. I have 10 cards under my name at the mo and will start getting derivatives of the OL's soon. Make sure that you get 150 points or more on each card and you will get new vouchers every quarter too.

Just thought you'd all like to know, today Kevin Kelly phoned me to say my nationwide ban has been overturned, and we have our Clubcard points back. Very pleased with this outcome.

Since my post yesterday, quite a number of people have contacted me about their bans, and Kevin Kelly was concerned to hear that other people have told me they've been banned for R+Ring. He states that it's not Tesco policy to ban someone because of their R+Ring. So, if you've recently been banned because of your R+Ring please can you contact Kevin Kelly and hopefully he'll look into it.

But please also contact me about it, if you haven't done so already, as I urgently need to put you in touch with someone who's investigating Tesco bans for (allegedly) R+Ring.

That should hopefully put peoples mind at rest a bit instead of being told to "Beware" of bans.

Never really thought the banning thing through did they? but then, they dont think their pricing through either (or xbox/noddy annual offers)

Just to let everyone know that this morning is the day of change for alot of the current offers at tescos. Not sure what bargins will be out there but today will be the day to have a good look around.

I am going later and will lt you know what i find....
