he should have started bidding at £20 - this is against ebay rules, you won the auction, tough, you get the item, if he does not give, report him and give him neg!Never do things tomorow when you can do them today.0

Yes, please do neg this seller. I've had experience of someone refusing to sell a caravan for the end price (no reserve set) and then demanding another grand for it after the auction ended. The seller then had the nerve (after I refused his demands) to have Ebay contact me as he wanted his fees back, and thus wanted me to agree that we had 'mutually' decided not to proceed with the sale.

The sod! 'My father told me to go for it.
So I went for it. But it had gone.'0 -

I hope you refused and ticked the 'I still want the item' box.

Just a bit of an update...
I have filed a dispute with ebay and I have neg the guy, just to warn others that he will ask for more money and not send the item! I knew I would get a neg in return, but that doesn't bother me, hopefully it is obvious who is in the wrong!Negative feedback rating Absolutely No Need !...Done best to resolve...F*ckin !!!!! wants things for free
As you can tell he is such a nice guy
I also got another insulting email....Any need for you to be a pr**k ??...Done best to resolve with you...why risk negative feedback for yourself.
I take it you haven't managed to get one for a tenner !...cos you won't...unrealistic ba***rd.
I replied but kept very calm and polite (which I think annoyed him more!) I thanked him for his email and mentioned how good it will look in regards to the dispute I have filed!
Question is, will ebay take any action or will they just let hime get away with his actions and language?

If he has left a beeped word as feedback then report it, as ebay will often remove it as bad language, even beeped, is not acceptable.

Thanks Soolin, I have reported!0

Problem is won't that removed BOTH feedbacks? This and the one you left?
(Which then renders your neg useless...?)
Be sure to leave follow up comment - "retaliatory neg - won't sell at auction price etc. and is now upset he has been reported."It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Usually only the reported feedback is removed, there is no need for ebay to remove the oter feedback at all.
