I haven't got carpets in my house yet, so it does get cold. I had to put the heating on last week on timed.0

Ours is on , but with the thermostat set at 18... normally it would be 19 or even 20 in the coldest parts of winter, it's a miserable day here, the heating is kicking in for a little bit then switching off again.
I do believe in being comfy when at home, but do wear cosy cardis and long trousers round the house now instead of a T shirt and lounging stuff.Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

My heating only comes on in the morning, and evening, so I'm sitting here with a hot water bottle, and a cuppa. Its not cold enough to have it on for longer.0

I try not to put my heating on until November, which isn't usually too much of a struggle.
We're lucky enough to live in a double-glazed flat sandwiched between two others so we take advantage of the heat from other properties. The man who lives downstairs is from the Carribean, he donates lots of lovely warm air to us all winter.

OH usually feels the cold more than me as he is in his warm cab all week (HGV driver) and heating comes with the job.
