Same here, I'm with Telewest.
The operator didnt know much about the offer, (apart from its existance) not even whether the Virgin charges will be billed seperately or under the same TW bill.

ahhh, thats a good point you have raised there.

Does anyone know if the Virgin sim charges will be billed under your existing bill or will it come separately??

Does this seem like a good deal?
I spend more that a tenner on my PAYG phone at the moment per month so I am thinking of taking up the offer.

Well finally got through on the 0870 number - got through after 80 mins to hear "Vicky here...how can I help you..?.." - then the phone went dead - geeeeez....lol!!

Re-dialed...another 80 mins...got through - getting pink Lobster and 300 mins + 300 texts for £10/month; apparently will be delivered tomorrow! Great deal for a previous PAYG Virgin user.

ps am an NTL cable user for the internet.

I got thru on Friday, and mine arrived first thing Saturday, very pleased.

The time waiting for them to answer was about 8 minutes, a huge reduction from earlier in the week!
