As the phone lines seem to be really busy has anyone tried instore at Virgin for these deals and has anyone taken more than one deal at a time as I would like to take two phones.

rang CS ( 150) a couple of wks ago and mentioned the offer.they put me through to virgin.had to wait abt 10 mins to speak to somebody though

why is everyone ringing the number when they could do it online??? Just enter your details on the ntl link! put it in your basket and hey presto! You have the simcard! Ok it doesnt give the lobster option but i am sure that you could ring CS after you have had the sim and explain that you want the free lobbie....

Can you get the lobster deal on the £15 per month?

arrrgh I am now not allowed to port me virgin number on to a virgin account - what a joke!! So i am now going to have to transfer to a free sim (any one know if any network will be the easist to do this with) and transfer back!!!!

oh dear Norris - cant help there. I have had problems too as they had not set up my DD ( even though I gave all the details ) so when I phoned to activate the account and get my T Mobile number ported over they couldnt do it straight away. Will have to see in 5 days if they managed to do it or not

i suppose it will take 10 day instead of 5 to get my old number running- shame i miss all them calls from work asking me to go in overtime (sarcasm)

wont your old number still work on your old phone and sim till they port it over to the new phone and sim ?
