  • BusinessStudent - if you feel Morrisons are so "revolting" why do you go there?
  • BS, if you want to go on a crusade against Morrison's and report them to all the regulatory bodies then go ahead, just make sure you don't make a Pratt of yourself in the process as your ideas are ridiculous and will be laughed out. You come across to me as a very angry 16 - 18 year old who is at college studying, save yourself from being burned, don't jump in the fire. Maybe politics would be a good subjects for you to study.
  • I love my local morrisons, Putaside thrubbish fruit and veg, the staff are nice and they are always helpful on cs. Long live morrisons!

    I disagree.

If you look at just how many underhappy forum members there are about Morrisons then I think some action must be taken against this revolting supermarket.

Re: Complain to Citizens Advice about Morrisons.

What advice would you expect them to give? I wouldn't need to see them I can tell you now.

For legal issues they'd say see Trading Standards, for service issues contact Morrisons HO.

The department of Trade and Industry would have no interest in these sorts of issues at all....taken from their front page "Please note that the DTI does not provide advice on individual consumer problems or complaints, which should be taken to local Citizens Advice or Trading Standards Departments".

Back on topic, I'd be interested to know if the people complaining about Morrisons are shopping in the new (former Safeway) stores or the older ones?

I've never had any problems with my local Morrisons, the products are good quality, prices are very reasonable compared to Tesco, staff are friendly and I've had no problems with refunds.

We shop in an older store. There were two Morrisons for a month or so buas it was an old Safeway, but it was sold off to Sainsburys, which is far better than Safeway was.
  • Quaility and price should be the same throughout the company. Unless you mean the quality of the stores itself that is thn it depends on a munber of factors.

I have no problems with the Morrisons by me, In fact I think their products are good quality. Admittedly I dont buy that much in there as I do my main shop in Lidl. The staff in Morrisons are no worse nor better than anywhere else really.
