  • I would never step foot In Morrison's.

The place is absolutely awful. The customers are mainly from the local council estate, the place stinks of crap and the staff uniform and in store decor is dreadful.

Morrisons is sinking faster than the Titanic.

I shop at Morrisons for 6 years now, but over the last year prices have crepted up, BOGOF are getting rare

I use to spend about £55-65 now I spend less than £40 and have to go else where to get other stuff as its cheaper.

Once I cash my Xmas saving stamps in, I will rarely go, its Sainsburys and Tescos that will get the extra trade.

I agree uniform is dire, and yes I got the bad odour smells from there myself today. I must admit though the cafe is good value I rarely use it but with oven on the blink we had our dinner there

It also annoys me that they block corridors with promotional stuff and you always get someone parks there trolley so you have to ask them to move it.

Sorry all. I shouldn’t have risen to the bait of the illiterate student.

From my only experience with Morrisons( Fort William on holiday) they were far better than Sainsburys and Tescos are locally.
One bad shop doesn't make them all bad.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
  • i got a babies bottle reduced in their clearance section a few months back. when i got it home and opened it i found that is was a used one. someone had obviously taken it back because the writing on the bottle had started to wear away. when i phoned head office to complain the woman could not see a problem with it. i asked the woman if she would use it and she told me just wash it and it will be fine. i told her where to go and eventually i got a one pound refund through the post. i phoned tommee tippee who were disgusted and sent me a pack of 4 new bottles(which was nice of them as it wasn't their fault). she also said she was going to get somebody to inform morrisons to dispose of things like that and not to resell.
their customer service is so poor. i was overcharged the other week and the woman on customer service told me there was nothing she could do as she was on her own. i then had to go back and take a photo on my phone to prove the price before she would give me a refund.
i won't be going back again.

Did she not have a tannoy to hand? This one sounds a little far fetched.
