Thank youI realise that - I planned on having it as a HE - I haven't had any Bs today, just skim milk A
Struggling with fruit - I'm not a fruit fan. May stew some as a HE today - that'd be a nice pud after dinner. MRSM - I'm the opposite of you today! :rotfl: But it's cos I have a cold
. I only do green days cos I'm veggie, and most of the time I do feel stuffed (which I like cos I'm greedy!) but today I have eaten loads and I'm still hungry!
I have no idea what else to eat, I've had 2 dinner's, well dinner and a pasta n sauce, all my HE's, lots of fruit. I keep peering in the fridge hoping something will magically appear :rotfl:

I can see how the green plan will be nice in winter when I want to do "stick to my ribs" food .... I eat a fair bit of fruit n veg -but I have had to cut it back today to get everything else in -6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
evening all, hope all colds (including mine) miraculously disappear overnight. Green is currently my least favourite colour and I don't mean the green plan
Well I made it with a dash to weigh in, got my PIN, put 1.5 lbs on (I deserve it; at least as much as I deserve the jelly babies I treated myself to yesterday) but still within target ... and the GOOD NEWS IS ..... if you are within target and put weight on you don't get that awful patronising message! Instead they say people just don't know how hard it is to maintain (especially on a diet of jelly babies). Anyhow, as I secretly want to lose another stone, I am going to write everything down next week in my online diary. It's rather too easy to kid yourself that if it isn't written down you didn't have it, also I keep forgetting to have my HEB.
Best wishes to all, I hope DizzyK's journey wasn't too bad.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

A mini naan is 8 if it is plain or 8.5 if it is garlic/coriander. That is for a 60g portion.

Evening everyone
Well, I did my first run/walk for the couch to 5k challenge tonight. In the flipping rain! Can't claim to have massively enjoyed it, but I completed it and wasn't dying at the end. I'm really going to try and keep to it, should be really good for me. If I stick to it for a decent time I'll get some better trainers
B - porridge (heb and 1/3 hea skimmed milk)
L - chicken, pasta, tomatoes, banana
D - either crab and sweetcorn soup followed by fruit or chicken and veg risotto (can you tell we roasted a chicken on sunday?!)
syns rice cake 1.5, scrape of nutella 1 (less than a teaspoon), twix 5.5, quavers 4.5 = 12.5
plus a babybel for the rest of my heaI have spread my dreams under your feet;

Cuisine de France, Double Chocolate Muffins, twin pack, 117g each 25  ......
hope its not them ... I can pull you up random generic chocolate muffin and that shows like this:-
Cakes, American muffin, chocolate, 30g mini 6
Cakes, American muffin, chocolate, 70g average 13½
Cakes, American muffin, chocolate, 110g large 21½
Next time when they "whoops" them -RUN
Hope those feeling poorley feel better soon....
:eek::eek:Yep that was them.....and those 25syns are now sitting in my tummy:o:o
I need to do more than run:rotfl:
I am getting my exercise bike back from my sis & bro's 'gym' as they are not really using it anymore, which is excellent.... I have been trying to do skipping but honestly, after 4 biggish babies I just wet myself!!!!!! Yes i am doing 'those' exercises too...not with much success it seems.....anyway, the bike has two advantages, one i don't need no tena lady!! And two it doesn't matter about the weather:D
If I cut my syns by 5 per day for the rest of the week it should balance out my muffin, and a few short stints on the bike should help to kick start a bit of a loss too:)Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
Can anyone help me pls? I've got nothing in for work lunch tomorrow - what's the lowest syn red lunch I can grab at either the Co-Op or Sainsbury? I also have a KFC but thinking the chicken from there isn't free?0
