a quick question.
0% fat yoghurts are free.... I have 0% fat milk... would that be free too?
I don't have much just in my coffee or tea (3 or 4 cups max a day) or a splash in mash. I use my A's for cheese mainly."People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -

No it isnt. However if you have skimmed milk you get 350ml per day which is quite a lot if you only have a splash, therefore you can use the rest for cheese.
I never manage that much milk a day but do occasionally have a grating of cheese eg on top of pasta but Im not really a cheese fan:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

HI thanks trixie
no one can really shop for me and to be honest i dont have the money to justify a delivery as it will start going off straight away. I do have good shopping round here ( markets etc)but if I cant carry the stuff then....
Oh maybe ill just go back to bed it might feel better in the morning
a long shot but does anyone you know (young or old) have a trolley (:)) it may be a bit easier to drag with a few things in the bottom.
I have to confess to having one.. I don't have a car so it is a god send for food shopping as I have a weak back - no it's not tartan :rotfl:it's lime green :rotfl:"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
Yeah I do have a trolly
in my defence it has a slightly trendy pattern
alas I cant use it .Im literally one handed so I cant even get it down the stairs onto the road, let alone back up the stairs with the likes of potatoes and stuff in it .
I think im going to have another look in the fridge and work out if theres anything I can haveim sure that the carp ive eaten has contributed to the roughness as well

Hello
((HUGS)) to those in need...
I weighed in yesterday morning and have gained 1.25lb, I am not that surprised, but am glad I have managed to get straight back on plan.
Todays menu looks like this
B - Weetabix
L - Apple and 2 x snack a jacks(5)
S - Freddo frog(?syns)
D - Beef stir fry
I have got a co op chocolate muffin, but I know I really shouldn't eat it, it's just it was reduced to 25p for a two pack so I couldn't walk past:o If anyone is able to find out the syns I would be very grateful:)
I am another extremely poor one atm.... So will also be using up what we have over the next few days, instead of being able to spread out the 'junk'
xxUnless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.0 -
Afternoon all
I feel illI have a cold and I just want to cwtch in and go to bed. It's making me starving though! I took couscous for lunch but ended up going to buy a jacket spud cos I knew it wouldn't fill the hole! Luckily I have dinner ready in the fridge - leftovers from Sunday, all plated up just needs to go in microwave
. I'm going to have a Pasta n Sauce now, head to bed for an hour or so then think about eating dinner after that.
Green day:
B - shreddies (HEB) skimmed milk (HEA)
L - jacket spud, cheese (HEA), coleslaw (6syns)
D - risotto stuffed peppers, SW roasties, carrots, runner beans
Snacks - banana, HB egg, Pasta n sauce, kellogs fibre plus (HEB)
Drinks - water, NAS squash, coffee
Total syns = 6

ooooh redmel I have just looked at the co-op and the only muffin (apart from fairtrade) that comes up is this:-
Cuisine de France, Double Chocolate Muffins, twin pack, 117g each 25  ......
hope its not them ... I can pull you up random generic chocolate muffin and that shows like this:-
Cakes, American muffin, chocolate, 30g mini 6
Cakes, American muffin, chocolate, 70g average 13½
Cakes, American muffin, chocolate, 110g large 21½
Next time when they "whoops" them -RUN
Hope those feeling poorley feel better soon....-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

At the gym last night I wore some different trainers and my heel was a bit better so maybe I need some new runnies! Hey ho.
