  • Just come to say hi and catch up when I realised all I've had today is a cup of coffee...and its past 1pm! Must have been still full up from yesterday's green extravaganza.

Been to the shops to top up the fridge and popped in M&S and there is 2 lovely bags, coat and some work trousers in there I now have my beedy eye on :D:D - just need to see if I can fit in the trousers as they always seem to be too small on the bum and too big on the waist :(:(

    So today ... Green..

    B - cup of coffee
    L - SF chips (F) and egg (F) brown sauce (1)
Mid aft - fruit & sweetened greek yog (1)
D - Vegg chilli (2). OH want salad with it which feels a bit weird but heyho.
Even - Fruit and yog (1)

I did 3 x 10 mins on the bike yesterday and plan on doing 2 x 10 today as I've had a walk into town and back laidend down with shopping bags.

I've done both and find SW less restrictive with all the free food available on SW.

You don't HAVE to have fruit, I am not a big fan either but I manage to eat it chopped up with sweetened greek yoghurt on the top (tastes more creamy) or with choccy quark which you only syn the choc options (2). I just can't eat them 'naked' for some reason.

You could snack on couscous salads, rice & veggie mixes, veggie sticks and some lovely SW free dips. Consultant31 posted some on the last thread I can repost if anyone wants them. Rolls of ham filled with flavoured quark, chicken bites etc

I think you can have porridge as a B choice on EE, you can always squeeze a nana or blueberries in here if you feel like it.

I ALWAYS put milk and real butter in my mash, I just syn it or use milk from A choice and syn the butter (3.5 for 10g which is actaully quite a lot) with a good grind of salt and pepper it's lovely.

Pop along to the meeting and have a chat to the consultant

    xx
