Just got the Netgear DG834G via AOL for braodband. Wprks fine for a wired connection, but won't connect wirelessly, even with 26 character key.
Has worked once for about 5 mins, and now I'm at the end of my ntether! Can anyone help with an idiot's guide to getting this thing connecting wirelessly.......before I go mad!

Get it working with wireless security disabled and SSID broadcast enabled first.
Then we can worry about security.0 -
what about resetting it on the back? through the pinhole/button?
PLEASE NOTE : YOU WILL LOSE ALL SETTINGS AS THE ROUTER WILL REVERT BACK TO FACTORY DEFUALT SETTINGS0 -
If I do this, what will I have to do to re set it.....will I have to go through the whole AOL set up CD for the router again? Sorry if I sound clueless.....just not a techie, so any adfvice for a damsel in distress greatly appreciated!0
