How can I report this

Hi I am after a bit of advise, I have just rung up a compnay, who I will not name at this moment, to ask if they offer a concession rate for disabled people and carers. She said they do so I asked what evidence I would need to bring along. She said I wouldn't have to bring anything as the wheelchair would be enough evidence. I said I was not in a wheelchair. She said they only class people in wheelchairs as disabled so me and a carer would have to pay full price. Surely she can't make the assumption that you are only disabled if in a wheelchair.
I want to report them but I don't know what to do, can anyone help

Just an update, I have had a call back from the manager, she has said it is not just people in wheelchairs who get a free carer but also people who they consider to be disabled. They have no medical training so who gives them the right to decide who is and isn't disabled0

They won't accept any form of evidence except for a wheelchair, or if you appear disabled to the sale assistant. I have a DLA letter but she actually said to me on the phone that I don't sound disabled and that anyone can get hold of a DLA letter0

That really is inexcusable, you need to get down on that company like a ton of bricks! Some people really do show ignorance far too easily...only disabled if your in a wheelchair... honestly!0

How do they decide who is & isn't disabled? You can't just look at someone and decide.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

I find this really quite shocking in this day and age. Any time I've been required to provide evidence of my son's disabilities, his DLA or incapacity letters have been suitable.
Much more accurate than getting the once over by a sales assistant.Herman - MP for all!0 -
