Help x I have an I phone which is still in contract until Feb 2014. The warranty was for 12 months but now the phone has started playing p and I'm struggling receiving calls and making them! Spike to. Mobile who just turned me away at every angle, apple stated that if I would have bought he phone from them they would just replace it however t mobile say no! He pone is now not fit for purpose and I don't know what o do! I desperately need my phone for work and being away com family! Any advice? Do I have a leg to stand on? Thank you in advance.

Great service today from Argos. Microwave developed a fault...14 months old so outside the guarantee.... Couldn't find the receipt but had the purchase on a bank statement. Phoned Argos customer service and explained problem. Also said straight away that I felt it had not lasted a reasonable time under consumer goods law.. They phoned the shop and arranged for us to take it back so it could be sent off for fixing. We took the microwave back and the store manager was great.....offered us to have it fixed or a replacement. We went for the replacement. Thank you to Argos for great customer service.
