What are your qualifications then?
The purpose of my question is not to highlight the limitations of your qualifications, but to point out that doing some photocopying for a magistrate does not really give credibility to your opinion on liability in civil disputes or definitions of legal ownership of duty.
I am a practising solicitor with a BA, CPE and LPC working for an American Law firm in The City. Not that that makes me a world authority either, but beats a wikipedia reinforced legal training.0 -
lol @ this thread!!!!
Apples its not a debate-this was done and dusted a few weeks ago. To bring it up now is just daft.
Cheers for giving me 5 minutes of giggles though.:rotfl: Big Momma to 5 kids:rotfl:
Always looking at ways to save money or earn it!!!
Now could always sell a few kids;)0 -
No problem, glad to amuse you.
Its the shock that so many think its ok to damage other people's property on their own land and not have any liability (or set arbitrary levels of deemed liability) that I find shocking, distressing and depressing.
Wonder if you had still been "giggling" has the neighbour taken you to the small claims court to force you to pay for main dealer repairs.........?0 -
Then she would be awarded a pittance a week.
Which defeats the whole object of your moaning really?
Get a life mate.:rotfl: Big Momma to 5 kids:rotfl:

Omg!!!!!
Is this not about a four year old child !!!0 -
Didn't she cry to elicit sympathy from the neighbour?
It's really hard to scream at girls when they do that,
even if you know they are just trying to get away with murder.
Manipulation and emotional blackmail, oldest trick in the book.0 -

I used to be a paralegal and have a HND in legal services with accredited training and I am a member of the Professional organisation in good standing (I worked in litigation), so I really don't know where you get my qualification is not in law? I imagine you made it up like a lot of the other balls you have been posting. Don't make up a lie about me again please.
I now work in support services management including providing onsite services to the Scottish Court Service on a daily basis, so I do have a fair working knowledge of how the legal system works from that side.
Is a paralegal some sort of really fast response team?
Jumping from a plane into an accident shouting "where there's blame there's a claim"
Or is like a paranormal experience, do you suddenly appear in near death experiences, shouting the same thing?0 -
