I'm not getting my hopes up. It may well be that Nielsen receive the handsets over the next couple of days. They'll then have to install the meter before sending them on to us. But you never know.

just went to the website and tried to call there free phone number, and they ask you to leave a message, did you get strait through or leave a message and have a call back?
